WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Clothing and accessories orders showing as 'IN STOCK' and placed before 4PM are usually shipped the same day.

'IN STOCK' bikes and frames are shipped within 48 hours to allow for assembly and packing.

'Available' orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days to allow for delivery from suppliers.

All clothing and accessories are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery, and larger items - frames, wheels, turbo trainers, etc - are shipped with TNT Express Next Day.

We will contact you following your order if these timescales cannot be met.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can ship to any of the countries visible in the checkout procedure - if your country isn't listed then I'm afraid we are unable to ship our products to you.

For international clothing and accessories orders we ship using Royal Mail International Signed For which usually takes around 1 week to EU destinations and up to 3 weeks for US and Australia. Items can be tracked online and will require a signature when delivered.

Complete bikes and frames are shipped using a TNT Economy couriered service which takes from 2 to 10 days depending upon the destination and can be tracked online.

WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM TO YOU?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it to us. Items must be received back in new condition with all original packaging. Please include a covering letter with your name and contact details stating the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or an exchange. We aim to dispatch replacement products the same day and at no extra cost.

I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you receive an incorrect item as a result of a mistake by us we will ship the correct item on receipt of the returned product and credit you for any postage charges incurred. We advise using Royal Mail Recorded for proof of delivery.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE

If your ordered item doesn't fit please return it to us at our Store address in Eastbourne with a covering note to let us know which size/model you would like us to replace it with. We will send out the second item at no extra cost in the UK.

If you are returning items from overseas please note we will require you to pay the shipping costs of the item to send back out.
