Am I eligible?

To apply for finance you must be:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • A permanent UK resident.
  • In regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employed, or living with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment.
  • In receipt of a pension if you are retired.
  • Able to confirm sufficient income if you are registered disabled.

Who provides the finance?

Our finance is supplied by V12 Retail Finance. It is the UK's only specialist retail finance provider. Its secure and friendly online system can provide you with a decision in seconds.

Can my order be sent to a different address?

Finance orders can only be shipped to the address given in your finance application.

You can also arrange for store pickup when placing your order. Please call us on 01323 417 071 to help arrange this. The registered card user for the finance application must be present to pick the items up along with ID.

How long does the application take?

The finance application process usually takes around 5-10 minutes to complete. A decision is normally made within a few minutes however some applications may take up to 24 hours.

Is there a limit to the amount I can spend?

Yes, there is a maximum threshold of £15,000 per order.

When do I start to pay?

You don't start paying for finance until typically a month after the date we dispatch. 

Can I pay off the loan early?

Yes, you can. Simply call V12 on 02920 468900 and they will help arrange this.

Can I return an item on finance?

Yes. You can return any item on finance. It will take V12 between 3-5 days to cancel finance and your deposit and previous payments will be refunded to your account.

We can an exchange a like-for-like item or a different product of the same value.

What happens if my application is declined?

If your credit application is declined you will have the option to process the order with a different payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal).
