Delivery & Returns Policy
Subject to the terms set out below we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods except goods which are special orders and where we have expressly advised you that there is no right to return the goods ordered (save in the event the goods are faulty) provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
If you return goods to us and request a different size or alternative product we will send it out free of charge (subject to stock availability). If you require a refund (or the replacement item is not in stock) we aim to process refunds within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
If the product is faulty or wrong due to a mistake on our part then we will send out replacements free of charge and refund you the cost of sending the goods back to us. For all goods returned please include a letter giving details along with a copy of the original receipt. Returned goods must be unused and with all appropriate packaging and labelling intact.
If you are purchasing goods through our website or by other distance selling means as a consumer you have a legal right to cancel any contract (include here a link to clause 3 of the terms and conditions). All consumers (whether purchasing on-line, by other distance selling means or in our shop) have legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.
