Trek has designed a mountain bike specific carbon used on the Top Fuel which is ready for more shock in all types of different terrains. The 9.8 version of the Top Fuel now features Bontrager Kovee Elite 23 wheels, a step up from those featured on the 9.7, as well as SRAM level TLM brakes and SRAM GX Eagle 1x12 drivetrain with a carbon crank. All in all, if you're looking for a top of the range bike to take you on some incredible adventures this is just about as good as it gets from Trek, and for that matter the whole cycling industry.
